The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise the legitimate interest in responding to your message under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. This data is not passed on without your consent and is deleted once the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations remain.
This website is hosted by easyname GmbH, Canettistraße 5/10, 1100 Vienna, Austria (company register no. FN 402196s, Commercial Court Vienna). When the site is accessed, the provider automatically records data transmitted by your browser in what are known as server log files: the page requested, date and time, volume of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and IP address. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in the technically sound and secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. All fonts used on this website are served exclusively from my own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external font service, and no data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.
This website uses no reach measurement or web analytics tools. The Google Analytics tracking previously embedded here has been removed.
